The Wooden Star

Inspired by the beautiful stars created by Florence Bouvier, I have created a star, using pieces of found wood and former glass plungers, to celebrate the arrival of spring.

Other stars shall take form this summer upon our patio to cast light upon our evenings spent relaxing beneath the star lit sky. To make the most of the last Christmas roses left in the garden and display the small clay pots retrieved this weekend.

Laeriss, you are very clever. What a great idea using found pieces of wood to make a star and I love the glass plungers that you attached to it.

Sweet little clay pots! :)
